Return Policy: are only accepted with prior written consent and authorization has been obtained from Dishware Experience.
All Claims must be made within 10 working days of receipt goods.
CLAIMS:Every piece of merchandise is examined prior to shipping. Please inspect your merchandise at the time of delivery and if breakage has occurred, follow the instructions on the freight claims instructions form enclosed in the packing slip.
You will have to provide the shipper with a complete description of each broken item. All broken merchandise must be kept in the original packing boxes with the packaging materials left intact. It is important to understand the hand-crafted nature of our Ceramic Products. The following are characteristics of hand-crafted ceramics and should not be considered as damages: size variations, paint smudges, firing pinholes on the under side of platters, dishes, and bowls.
